These buttons open the FillTables demo — a safe practice sandbox. Payments are fake (nothing is charged) and it's completely separate from your real café, so place, cook and pay for orders as much as you like.
💡 The demo lives at *.filltables.com — the same screens as your real café, but nothing here touches your live orders, kitchen, reports or card payments.

That red error in your screenshot — solved. “w1 lacks order:prep for PREP_STARTED” means Wendy Waiter (a WAITER) was logged in on the kitchen screen and pressed Start prep. Waiters take and fire orders; only Kitchen, Manager, Owner may cook/bump a ticket. It’s not a bug — it’s the permission system protecting the line. Log the KDS in as Kim Kitchen (3333) and Start prep works.

Everything here runs on the FillTables demo — practise as much as you like. Nothing you do touches your real café's orders, kitchen, reports or card payments. To tidy up, void the test bills on the demo dashboard (Live floor). If a link doesn't load, the demo may be paused — ask the owner to switch it on.
